Our Leadership Labs are small, collaborative groups that address the challenges of going global. These events open up dialogue and allow for a collaborative approach towards developing knowledge and best practices around localization and innovation.
Leadership Labs bring together likeminded professionals looking for timely data and insight to build their global retail expansion strategy. In real terms, that means talking to professionals who have taken their businesses global, and have insight into the on-the-ground problems and headaches that retailers experience.
Each lab combines expert content and interactive break-out sessions led by fellow retailers and a select group of committed service providers who value real insights and who share in the GRIN community spirit of collaboration. Insights from fellow participants are often as valuable as those shared by our guest speakers.
The goal of each “Lab” is to turn ideas and insights into actionable plans. The global retail community is small, and getting the information you need to be successful is almost impossible. We bring together innovative, collaborative minds to discuss the issues at the front of your mind, and to solve the problems that you struggle with daily.
Workshops target retail industry Senior Executives, International Development Directors, eCommerce Officers, and C-suite leadership. We build discussion among cross-functional stakeholders to address specific aspect of their global plan. In most cases, lab size is restricted to 15-20 participants.
The participation fee for a lab is usually USD 200. GRIN Members get access to 4 labs per year, free of charge. For more information on membership, email us at email@example.com.
